The 2018 Medal of Honor Convention will be coming to Annapolis in September of 2018 and it will bring Medal of Honor recipients, members of the military, civilian officials, and other distinguished leaders to our area. To kickoff the year of planning, a flag-raising event was held on Tuesday at the Maryland State House where Governor Hogan delivered remarks.
